Information on personal data processing in the recruitment process Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) GDPR, we inform you that: Data Controller The controller of your personal data is XOPERO SOFTWARE S.A. with its registered office at ul. Herberta 3, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Zielona Góra, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000684240 ("Controller", "we", "us"). Purpose and legal basis of processing Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the position you have applied for and, where appropriate, for other positions for which you may be a suitable candidate. The legal bases for processing are: to the extent that we are required to obtain certain data by applicable labour law (in particular identification data, contact details, information on education, professional qualifications and employment history to the extent necessary), compliance with legal obligations to which the Controller is subject (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in connection with applicable national labour law; to the extent that processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into an employment or cooperation contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, our legitimate interest in selecting suitable candidates and managing the recruitment process, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and to the extent that you voluntarily provide personal data not required by law or not necessary for the purposes indicated above, your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Categories of data processed We will typically process in particular: identification data, contact details, information on education, professional qualifications, employment history and other data contained in your CV, cover letter or other documents submitted by you. Data recipients Your personal data may be shared with: authorised employees and collaborators involved in the recruitment process, external recruitment or HR service providers, IT service providers supporting our recruitment and communication systems, entities providing accounting, IT or legal services to the Controller on the basis of data processing agreements, and public authorities or other entities if we are legally obliged to disclose data to them. Data may be transferred to third countries within the meaning of Article 13(1)(f) GDPR to the extent of IT technologies used by the Controller. Retention period Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process for the position you applied for and, subsequently, for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend against potential legal claims related to the recruitment process. In case of your consent to participate in the current recruitment process, your data will be stored for no longer than 12 months from the date of completion of this recruitment process. If you grant us a separate consent to participate in future recruitment processes, your data will be stored for such purposes for a period not exceeding 24 months from the date of giving such consent or until consent is withdrawn, whichever occurs first. Your rights You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data: the right to access your data, the right to rectify your data, the right to erase your data in cases provided for by the GDPR, the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, the right to data portability in cases provided for by the GDPR, the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal), and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
