Join us as Key Account & Growth Manager (USA)
We're seeking a results-driven Key Account & Growth Manager to accelerate our partner acquisition and customer growth through strategic field engagement. This role requires a highly agile
professional who excels at building relationships, conducting face-to-face meetings, creating and converting pipeline opportunities into closed deals.
Location: Remote with 70-80% travel requirement

Reports to: Senior Partnership Development Manager
Your tasks:
➡ Execute strategic field engagement with qualified prospects in the partner pipeline, advancing warm leads through systematic conversion to active opportunities
➡ Conduct on-site meetings,trainings, demos, and presentations to prospective clients and partners across DevOps ecosystems
➡ Strengthen existing partner relationships through regular face-to-face visits and relationship management
➡ Build and maintain relationships with resellers, MSPs, and system integrators
➡ Manage assigned geographic territories with 70-80% travel requirement
➡ Work directly with prospects to move deals through the sales funnel faster through personal engagement
➡ Work closely with Senior PDM to prioritize field activities and align with overall partner strategy
➡ Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted ABM campaigns for high-value accounts, develop and implement personalized engagement strategies for key prospects and partners,
Our expectations (must have):
➡ 5 years of field sales, business development, or customer-facing role experience with direct, measurable impact on revenue generation
➡ SaaS/Technology background with understanding of cloud backup solutions or DevOps tools
➡ Partner Channel experience preferred (working with resellers, MSPs, or system integrators)
➡ Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time (domestic and international)
➡ Natural ability to build relationships and trust quickly with both technical and business audiences
➡ Proven experience at industry events, conferences, and delivering public presentations
➡ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets through direct customer engagement
Nice to have:
➡ Background in SaaS product companies
